Chocolate Cake

On the way into work I listen to NPR (National Public Radio) ... the other morning (oh yeah it was Valentine's day) they were interviewing Nigella Lawson (UK celebrity cook), and she was describing her dark, and incredibly moist chocolate loaf cake.

Well it sounded so decadant, I made it yesterday afternoon ... oh, my, God!

Go to npr.org and get the recipe ... it is the BEST chocolate cake I have ever had. 

We enhanced with some stawberries, mint, and a dolop of 
fat free whipped dessert topping.
