Damn .... feeling really good about walking!

My mp3 player died about a third for the way into my walk this morning. At first I was going to turn around and go home, since I really enjoy the walk with music.

However, I pushed on since I finally have gotten to that place where 'it's all about the walk'!

I try to encourage every one to walk ... and this has become somewhat of the focus for www.ActiveAuthority.com , which started out as a health and fitness site for mature adults (baby boomers) but is clearly moving toward a fitness walking site for active boomers, and others.

It also has an e-commerce focus, of support and rehabilitative products, that enable mature adults continue their fitness lifestyle.
