New Name and Walking Update

As some of you may have noticed, I've changed the name of my blog to better represent my interest in a quest for a fitter lifestyle.

Fitness Walker really represents how I view myself, not from a competitive perspective, but from a lifestyle perspective.

My last post recorded my walking on a daily basis, and I offer an update thru today:

3/15/08 Saturday 6.5 miles (odometer measured)
3/16/08 Sunday 3.5 miles (odometer measured)
3/17/08 Monday 2 miles (odometer measured)
3/18/08 Tuesday 2 miles (odometer measured)
3/19/08 Wednesday 2 miles (odometer measured)
3/20/08 Thursday 2 miles (odometer measured)
3/21/08 Friday 2 miles (odometer measured)
3/22/08 Saturday 3 miles (odometer measured)
3/23/08 Sunday 3.5 miles (odometer measured)

... and my intention is to walk at least 30 minutes every day until I can't.
